Approach

A governance chart is usually a static diagram nobody reads. GOPA's arrived as four PowerPoint slides that pointed to one another, plus a Word list of 17 experts. We turned it into one chart you navigate: open a team, then an expert, and their role and profile appear beside it. The inception report follows the EU and EIB visibility rules.
