What data we collect
Only the data you send us through the contact form or by email: your name, organisation, email address and the content of your message, including any files or links you share (for example, terms of reference).
Why we use it and on what basis
To answer your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to prepare a proposal or estimate. The legal basis is your consent when you send the form, and the steps you request before entering into a contract (Article 6.1.a and 6.1.b of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to answer your enquiry. If a working relationship follows, for as long as it lasts and, afterwards, for the periods required by tax and commercial law.
Who receives it
We do not sell or share your data. We use the following service providers, who process data on our behalf:
- Formspree (United States): delivers contact form submissions to our email.
- Google Workspace (Google): our email service.
- Cloudflare: hosts this website and protects it, which involves processing technical data such as your IP address.
- CARTO: serves the map tiles of the interactive map, which involves receiving your IP address when the map loads.
Where a provider is located outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by the safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restrict or object to its processing, and ask for its portability, by writing to [email protected]. You can withdraw your consent at any time. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
