Aidporter provides corporate design services including, but not limited to:
The specific deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement are confirmed in writing (by email or proposal) prior to commencement of work. No work begins until scope and budget have been agreed.
All proposals issued by Aidporter are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Acceptance of a proposal — by email confirmation or signature — constitutes a binding agreement to proceed under the terms described therein and in this document.
Aidporter reserves the right to decline any project or enquiry without obligation to provide reasons.
Fees are based on the agreed scope and may be structured as a fixed project fee, a monthly retainer, or an enterprise arrangement. All prices are quoted in euros (EUR) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Aidporter operates on a transparent, hours-based model. A cost range is agreed upfront, hours are tracked live throughout the project, and a full hours report is issued at delivery. Final cost falls within the agreed range.
Projects requiring delivery within shorter-than-standard timelines may be subject to a rush surcharge, which will be communicated and agreed in writing before work begins.
Invoices are issued upon project completion or at agreed milestones. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date unless otherwise specified. Late payments may accrue interest at the statutory rate applicable under Spanish law.
To enable Aidporter to deliver effectively, clients agree to:
Delays caused by late client feedback or missing materials may affect delivery timelines and may be subject to revised scheduling at Aidporter's discretion.
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as agreed in the proposal. Requests beyond this scope, or material changes to the original brief, constitute a change of scope and will be quoted and agreed separately before work proceeds.
Minor adjustments (typographic corrections, colour changes, minor copy edits) are generally accommodated within the agreed scope at Aidporter's discretion.
Upon receipt of full payment, Aidporter assigns to the client all intellectual property rights in the final deliverables created specifically for that project. This assignment covers the agreed deliverable files only.
Aidporter retains the right to use completed work in its portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials, unless the client requests otherwise in writing. We are sensitive to confidentiality and will always seek confirmation before publishing client work.
Where licensed third-party assets (fonts, stock imagery, icons) are incorporated, the client is responsible for ensuring continued compliance with the applicable licences for their intended use.
Aidporter retains ownership of all templates, systems, internal processes, and proprietary tools developed independently of the client engagement.
Aidporter treats all client information — including project briefs, materials, data, business plans, and any other information shared during an engagement — as strictly confidential. We do not share client information with third parties without explicit written consent.
Where a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is required, Aidporter is willing to sign one prior to any project discussion. Please indicate this requirement when making your initial enquiry.
These confidentiality obligations survive the termination or completion of any engagement indefinitely.
If a client wishes to cancel a project after work has commenced, they are liable for fees proportional to the work completed up to the point of cancellation. Any deposits paid are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Aidporter reserves the right to terminate an engagement if the client fails to meet payment obligations, provides incomplete or misleading information, or behaves in a manner that makes productive collaboration impossible. In such cases, fees for work completed are due immediately.
Aidporter's liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the total fees paid by the client for that specific project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of our deliverables.
Aidporter does not guarantee specific business outcomes resulting from the use of our design work. Clients are responsible for the accuracy of all content, data, and information provided to us for inclusion in deliverables.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or any engagement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.
Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably through direct communication.
Aidporter may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at aidporter.com/terms.html. For ongoing engagements, material changes will be communicated directly.
